I currently work at Cavmont Bank Limited as a TPIN Clerk under KYC Department. My primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with coming up with the weekly compliance report which shows the levels of; active accounts, dormant accounts, closed accounts and the percentage of TPIN’s on PHOENIX.
Attach TPIN certificates to PHOENIX system which contains all bank customers’ information.

Register for TPIN certificates on behalf of all bank customers who apply for them.
Deliver all TPIN certificates acquired from ZRA to all bank branches so that they are given to the right bank customers who applied for them.
Recording in the statistics for branches according to what branch is being updated.

Ensuring that all bank customers applying for TPIN brought in the right credentials by conveying the information to the branches.
Receiving forms and TPIN certificates from the branches for updating and processing.

I worked at Zamleather Limited/ Zamshu a subsidiary of Zambeef Products Plc. as a Sale and Marketing Executive My primary duties included;
I made sales through ALIEN and PASTEL systems.
I issued quotations to customers.
I issued an invoice to both corporate and retail customers after each sale.
I raised a CTN (Cash Transaction Notebook) for all daily sales and handed the sold cash to the General Manager.
I worked on orders that were urgent and non-urgent so as to ensure customer satisfaction.

I wrote a requisition to production requesting them to urgently produce as per what the customer ordered for.
