•Performance Management - Ensure PMPs meet timeline and meaningful continuous feedback discussions are held and documented.
•Employee engagement – implementation and follow-up of engagement surveys and other initiatives. Member of the Global Employee Engagement survey project.
•HR Systems – ensure high quality data in PeopleSoft, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.
•Execute further operational HR tasks like payroll preparations, reporting, resource planning, HR / training budget planning, etc.
•Ensure compliance with all employment laws and compliance facilitator for the location as well as the investigations regional lead.
•Ensure regular escalation and communication to HR Director and plant manager.
