ABB technical procedures were reviewed for conformance to Russian SNIPs and GOST and work was monitored to assure compliance.

Project Construction Manager - Oversee General Contractor and Subcontractors during all phases of construction, pre-commissioning/commissioning and plant start-up activities. Power Plant Project consisted of constructing a $1.1 billion dollar 1200 megawatt, four on two-combined cycled, gas fired power facility as well as construction of 500KV transmission and distribution power line facility. Steam turbine/ generators and gas turbine/generators (7FA, 7FH2) were manufactured by General Electric.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Organize and table meetings between General Contractor and Subcontractors to facilitate communications for updating current and future activities during project construction.
Insure accurate reporting is provided from contractors to client regarding safety, progress/productivity, schedule, quality control, material deliveries, etc.
