The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for management of all clinical documents (both paper and electronic) in the Trial Master file (TMF).

Responsible for the Trial Master File entry of the documents and highlighting discrepancies to study manager / CRO.

Downloading, Quality Check and Indexing TMF documents.

Perform Quality check on registration documents including published and source documents using standard checklist

Split or combine the documents as per the onsite requirements.

Maintaining study tracker and global study tracker.

Supporting to teammates for resolving queries.

Communicating any issues, queries with Trial Document Manager and acting on resolution.

Ensure effective security, storage and retrieval of all proprietary and client information in accordance with established procedures.

Performing 100% Quality check on the documents.

Syntel’s Spot Recognition Certificate in July 2017.

Achieved Bronze Medal in Quality Team Award.
