PROFESSIONAL EXPOSURE :
Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition:-
Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing. Managing the
recruitment process and working on full cycle of recruitment for all levels, including initial
assessments, interviews and offers.
Coordinating with Placement consultants/ staffing firms, employee referrals and using
job sites like naukri.com, Monster.com, Indeed etc.
Sourcing and screening of candidates, follow –up the selected candidate, maintain the all
kind of candidates database separately e.g. selected-not selected, on –hold candidates.
Manage the procurement and measurement process to combat high attrition rate &
retain talent.
Monitoring the effective utilization and retention of manpower.
Joining formalities, Induction and On boarding:-
Responsible for performing the on-boarding processes for specific positions, updating
and sending the contingent offer letter.
Taking induction session for the junior, Executive and middle level entrants in the
organisation, ensured induction of all employees as per the defined process.
Orientation of new employees about the organisational policies and procedures,
facilitating their interaction with different functional heads to make them aware of
different departments.
Accountable for end to end task and delivery of employment Application Form, NDA,
Bank Account opening form, Form-11.
Employee database:-
Custodian of all employee data, employee data management, joining and leaving record,
email ID record, contact details, bank account details etc.
Attendance Management: -
Accountable for generation and verification of daily manual and biometrics attendance
data with leave, over time and half day work record and process all the attendance
calculations for salary processing.
MIS :-
MIS format prepared and maintenance of the employee data, retention status and preparation of several other reports.
Office administration:-
Involved in general office file management,printing, mailing, report preparation, scanning of agreements, legal documents and other important documents.
Payroll Management: -
Responsible for salary processing around 600 employees along with checking, verifying of salary statements category wise i.e. employees/ support staffs/ EPF categories separately with normal and extra payouts / OT data / training data / bonus calculation etc.
The task of salary processing includes preparation of individual salary statements for different working divisions, reconciled various benefit deductions Like PF,TDS, Salary Advance, Canteen Amount and forwards it to Accounts and Finance department for salary preparation with proper approvals from the concern authority.
Update salary record of new employees in HRIMS.
Statutory Compliances/Labour Laws:-
Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various labour legislations (Shops Act,EPF,ESI etc.) Registrations and Renewals etc.
Accountable for PF-ESI Formalities of UAN generation, EPF Claim Submission, ESI and PF data management, IP generation for ESI enrolled members.
Online ECR preparations and Upload.PF & ESI payment Challan, PF transfer/Settlement etc.
HRIS Management/HR shared Service:-
Managing Employee database, assigning Employee self service user name & password.
Timely Updating of Attendance and Leave management in HRIMS system,Verify and process record data of each employee for Gratuity,Mediclaim.
Performance Appraisals(PMS):-
Coordinating with Employees, Peer & Superiors for appraisals, forwarding the performance appraisal formats to employees,Deaprtment.
support Director sir in scheduling and conducting performance appraisal meetings with all employees.
Responsible for defining jobs, KRA setting. Handling all appraisal activities.
Training & Development:-
Identifying training and development needs with an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and periodic consultation with departmental heads.
Designing and developing training programmes by preparing annual training calendar and continuously improving the training process by collecting regular feedbacks.
HR manual,COC(Code of Conduct) and HR policies:-
Keeping company policy documents and HR Manual up to date and updating the same to the employees and making or Amending the existing policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning :-
Costing, Budgeting, resource planning, revisions in policies, procedures, systems.
Employee Retention/Employee Engagement:-
Developing new and innovative ways (Like succession planning, lateral movements, mentoring, team building activities) to engage with employees including seeking and acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
Providing approachable and professional support to employees by phone, email and in person on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work.
Exit Interviews:-
Conducting Exit interviews. Analysis of exit interview forms for highlighting people concerns and suggestions to the Management for initiating necessary action.
Analyze attrition data and develop retention measures.
Full & Final Settlement:
Smooth exit and issuing experience certificate and relieving letter, coordinating & manage the Full & Final settlement with the organisation.
