Description:

Airline Crew Exchange Server is an airline system to provide end-to-end management of crew travel services (hotel and ground transportation) for airline crews. This application provides complete planning and scheduling of services, vendor coordination of real-time changes, and comprehensive vendor invoice reconciliation. Some of the significant features of the application are:

• Optimized Hotel and GT Selection using well defined business rules that assign the most preferred hotels and GT to flight crews based on such criteria as crew layover times (hotel proximity to airport), contract room rates and room limits

• Dynamic "Ops Desk" to expedite and track real-time crew trip changes. Processes ensure that hotels are notified of, and confirm schedule changes

• Invoice Reconciliation for complete validation, management and auditing of vendor invoices

The application is maintained by the airways and the vendors get their month schedules, room usages and other reports from the ACES vendor website
