Coordinated comprehensive plastic component development, from initial concept through production release. Created Engineering Work Orders (EWO), addressing PRTS, Warranty, Continuous Improvement, and Launch Issues and Changes, consistently managing all issues and tracking all EWO-related components. Oversee technical and commercial discussions with potential tool suppliers, optimizing designs to achieve institutional goals. Integrated sourcing packages and tooling for prototype and production.
