FE modeling of VEHICLE BUMPER using HYPER MESH.
The scope of the project is to build the FE Model with flow-through mesh for crash-analysis of the bumper.
IGES Geometry is imported
Necessary geometry clean up done. Identified the features like bolt-holes and slots
One layer of washer-mesh generated around the holes and cut-outs.
Remaining areas are meshed using linear quad elements. Less than 5% of tria were used complex locations.
Rotating quads are avoided as per requirements. Quality parameters maintained as per requirements.
Mid s MID-Surface meshing of DOG HOUSE component using HYPER MESH.
The scope of the project is to build the FE Model for crash analysis of the Dog house component.
Imported the IGES model and cleaned up the geometry.
Prepared washer-surfaces around holes and cut-outs.

Generated one-layer of QUAD4 elements around slots & bolt-holes.

Design and Fabrication of unidirectional gear drive
This gear box is used to convert bi-directional motion into Uni-direction motion. It is applicable for ocean wave power generator. It consists of two shafts, one shaft is coupled to another shaft by proper arrangement of gearings, so that rotary movement performed on clockwise or anti clockwise direction on input shaft will result in Uni-directional motion.
Design and Fabrication of hydrogen powered IC Engine
The IC engine is powered by hydrogen to increase the fuel economy and reduce emission of pollutants. Hydrogen is obtained from the hydrolysis process of aluminum in a closed container.
