I am a bottom – line oriented Fleet / Office Management / Facilities Maintenance / Construction / Operational professional presenting extensive experience with in multi – site, corporate environments. My experience encompasses all facets of Fleet and Maintenance management, from simple furniture repair to overseeing construction offices space from the slab up. I am accustomed to interfacing will all levels of the organizational structure, from the mail room to executive offices, as well as architects, contractors, and suppliers of furniture, carpet, and A/V equipment among others. I am also skilled at directing and completing high priority projects with both time and budgetary constraints. I have a strong working knowledge of a union environment as well as dealing with hiring and evaluating trades’ policy, and employee's policy and procedures. I directed and supervised architects, engineers and other professionals in the construction, design, planning and logistically moving personnel.

During my time at Chevrolet I was a Regional Marketing Manager for the Police Division, covering 11 States in the North East. My Product Line was the Caprice, Tahoe, Impala, Silverado and Express Van. I would contact all Law Enforcement, Fire and Homeland Security Agencies, showing and test driving the performance levels of these vehicles.

At the MTA Police I purchased vehicles and designed Police equipment for the new Chevrolet Impala and Crown Victoria Interceptors utilizing a contract I developed with Whelen Corporation.

As a Project Manager I am handling 15 men and woman in a 150,000 sq. warehouse.

Coordinating picking product such as Cubicle and case goods furniture for assembly and transporting the product to the work site to be assembled by Carpenters and Electricians.

I review the floor plans prepared by the architect’s to ensure specifications are accurate and the client is satisfied, and agrees that everything is correct before assemble begins.

Managing 3 Shopping Centers owned by Rivercrest spread throughout Staten Island, they vary in size approximately 80 merchants in total. I am responsible for the up keep of the property and managing 40 various vendors supporting this function.

Police Vehicle Specialist

Provide marketing information on Chevrolet police vehicles to all Police departments over an 11 state footprint. NY, CT, NJ, PA, VT. MA, ME, NH, RI,DE,MD

Meet with Chiefs of Police, Sheriffs, Undersheriffs, County Executives, Town Supervisors to make presentations on what General Motors offers the Law Enforcement Communities, to support their respective Police Vehicle needs.

Ensure that Chevrolet Police Vehicles are bided on by all municipalities in conjunction with General Motors Policies and Procedures.
