With over 20 years’ experience in Document Management, I would like to introduce my roles and personal opinions to you and your organization. I consider myself a specialist in Document Management, Document Control, Project Management, and Knowledge Management

Information Systems; development, implementation, maintenance and training form part of my capacity.

Many companies do a better job managing and securing their office supplies than they do their business-critical documents and files? It’s true. The electronic documents that are the very lifeblood of the modern business are all too often taken totally for granted. Document Management, Knowledge Management and Records Management are more than often ignored. As a knowledge specialist, I recognize that the harnessing and management of documentation and information relating to a business environment is both key and core. Distribution, version control, confidentiality and legal requirements have to be accommodated. The infrastructure, document management systems, control systems, knowledge management, metadata, library, printing facilities and archiving, form the matrix that provides these services. I have project managed 23 local employees, 7 in India and 3 in Russia during my Document Manager career. My skills also include development, customization, configuration, implementation and maintenance of ECM Systems. My experience includes Oracle, Primavera PCM, Livelink, Aconex, SharePoint, LexisNexis, Unifier (Oracle and SAP development) TDOC
