Prediction of temperature distribution in Gas turbine disc containing closed and gas filled cavities on account of the heat transfer conditions encountered in the cavities.
Anti-icing in Gas turbine (Feb –April2018)
Generated mesh for the nose cone and strut in ICEM CFD for Anti icing analysis.
Validation of mass flow rates of external and internal flow through each slot and holes against the experiments is carried out in ANSYS-FLUENT.
CHT Analysis of effusion cooling effectiveness and its validation (Nov-Jan 2017 )
CHT Analysis is carried out on Effusion Cooling plate for increasing the effectiveness and reducing mass flow rate by varying porosity and diameter of holes using Ansys fluent and modelling and meshing in ICEM CFD, Hypermesh.

High Performance Wing Design with Inbuilt Aeroelastic Features Professor, S.C.Guptha, Head of the Department of Aeronautics, MVJCE
High performance wing is designed such that the twist in the wing is reduced by the variation of shear center through the orientation of the ribs which causes a shift in the Flexural axis.
The wing is modeled and the orientation is varied using ANSYS APDL and the reduction in the twist is computed, which ensures the maintenance of its shape. Minor Project
Research On Aircraft Morphing Technologies

Researched on the emerging aircraft morphing technologies and their influence on maximizing the performance of an aircraft at radically different flight conditions.
These configuration changes can take place in any part of the aircraft, e.g. fuselage, wing, engine, and tail. Optimization of performance achieves the highest lift and lowest drag.
Wing planform morphing is considered more effective and feasible than the skin morphing technologies.
