Sourcing candidates through various portal like indeed, jobs omega,careesgma,fresher world, naukri, time jobs, monster job posting and bulk mailing and references.

Conducting preliminary screening through telephone and direct interview to validate the candidate based on the desired parameters describing the job profile to the candidate.

Scheduling interview of the shortlisted candidate with concern department head and taking feedback after their interview.
