JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Monitoring and Inspecting the Prefabrication works including the inspection of Incoming materials, Material handling, Heat No. Transferring and Fit up, welding activities.

Inspection of fabrication & erection in before, during and after welding sequences.

Conduction and Certification of WQT (Welder Qualification Test) preparation and analysis of Weekly Welder Performance Record.

Execution work pipe lowering, laying, welding, coating and inspection to pipe fit up, welding and etc.

Preparing the documents like RT Report, DPT Report and Visual Report as per FQP.

Monitoring all NDE activities like RT,UT and DPT as per FQP (Field Quality Plan)

Monitoring brought out items (Electrodes, filler wires & Materials)

Inspection of pipe line route, structure along with drawing.

Preparation of hydro test arrangement and conducting hydro test.
