I am a hardworking Zimbabwean female (EN 113097) with excellent communication skills: I am fluent in English and Shona (written and oral) as well as competent with conversational Afrikaans.

I did part time towards my Human Resources Diploma and have obtained my National Senior Certificate in 2014.

I have experience in working as a receptionist/Adminstrator and have been exposed to INSETA F.A.I.S Regulatory Examination Preparatory Workshop (RE5: Representatives).

I would appreciate the opportunity to work at your organisation to further enhance my communication skills and to learn more about the industry. I am self-motivated and believe I would be a great asset to your organisation.

Main duties performed: Telephonic contact with all customers, capturing details of telephonic conversations, filing, binding, arrangements of documents, booking flights for the Facilitator and Car Renting and booking lodges, Finding the representatives for RE Exam Preparatory and ordering lunch for them and cleaning the offices and the classrooms.

Main duties performed: Telephonic conversations with all customers, capturing information of the appliances brought in and out of the company, filing, direct contact with the clients, organising call out meetings for the technicians and cleaning the office.
