I currently work in a high stress Emergency Room, where I am self supervised a majority of my shift, or in which I am the lead team member. I am the original hospital staff the patient comes in contact with as I do the initial quick registration, determination of severity, full registration, Money Collection, inpatient admitting functions, and outpatient services such as sleep lab and labor observations. I also take call on certain weekends where I handle any problems, questions, or call ins for both the Emergency Registration Staff and Admitting staff. I am reliable, and committed. I can provide exemplary performance in high pressure situations; driven and results oriented professionalism with keen observation skills, and level thinking during stress going beyond what is expected of me.
