Currently working with Lipico Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., Pune as a Project Engineer with a focus in the area of edible oil refinery process projects. EDUCATION:
• Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.
• Passed Diploma in Chemical Engg. with First class from MSBTE Mumbai.
• Passed SSC from Nagpur Board in First class.

CURRENT COMPANY PROFILE:
Responsibilities Include: -
• Currently working as a Project Engineer with Lipico Technologies Pune since August 2015 till date.
• Accountable for calculating B.O.Q. from Drawings, Quotation comparison for the Tenders.
• Hands on the Edible Oil Processing, Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching, Filtration, Deodorization, DF and Winterization.
• Commissioned 200 MTD Semi continuous deodorization fully automated plant with 5 stock change of oil in one day. It’s one of the new regimes of edible oil refinery.
• Commissioned 400 MTD Dry Fractionation plant with capacity of 350 TR Thermax Chiller.
• Organize & execute production in-line with planned production schedule during commissioning.
• To maintain the parameter to achieve standard specification of refined oil during commissioning.
• Coordinating with the project team toward successful and timely completion of project.
• Resource planning for the project execution and planning the project schedule as per deadlines.
• Inspection of equipment such as Pressure vessel, Tanks, Plate Heat Exchanger, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Surface Condenser, Pressure Leaf Filter, Pump, Agitator etc.
• Coordinating with the Sub contractors and site personnel's during installation, erection, testing and commissioning of the equipment.
• Currently working on 1500 MTD Chemical & 1000 MTD Physical refinery with combined Ice- condensation vacuum system, 800 MTD Dry Fractionation Plant & 200 MTD Winterization Plant. KEY STRENGTH AREAS

• Good knowledge and understanding of project execution plan, project procedures, vendors/procurement activities and job close.

• Previously Worked with Cipla Limited, Unit-2, M.I.D.C., Patalganga, Dist-Raigad as a Officer - Production from Sept.2011 to Mar 2013..It is one of India's most reputed, research-based pharmaceutical company with a focus in the area of Formulations & APIs. The facility compliance with ISO, WHO & USFDA having PLC based Atomization plant. Responsibilities include-
• Upgradation of existing product with better quality.

• Identify the critical parameters of the process.
• Monitoring the operation like Simple Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Liquid-Liquid Extraction, Stripping, Crystallization, Filtration activity through Sparkler filter, Agitated Neutch filter dryer, Neutch filter, Buckne Filter, Peeler & Basket type Centrifuge.
• Drying with Fluidized bed dryer, vacuum tray dryer, Rotocone vacuum dryer.
