Carry out 16 Life Saving Rules

Operationalize Ash Management

Conduct below activities inside the power plant.

Responsible in taking samples of Fly Ash for laboratory test.

Perform laboratory tests according to schedule and this includes Loss on Ignition (LOI), Moisture, Fineness and SO3 determination of Fly Ash.

Perform laboratory instrument/equipment calibration and verification as required.

Determine and monitor the accuracy and precision of chemical laboratory test methods and compliance to prescribed testing procedures.

Record result and then submit to operations supervisor.

Assist the hauler during ash loading, as needed.

Control distribution in accordance to Supply Chain (S&OP) directives

Monitor the status of all trucks through GPS. Work with the hauler to maximize truck utilization through reduced truck turn-around time.
