(a)My strongest asset is my educational background and the quality education that I have received, at Mayo College, Ajmer, Sofia College Ajmer, and Rajasthan University, Jaipur.

(b)Fourteen years of teaching in schools has exposed me to an entire generation of students, and kept me abreast with the psyche, requirements and aspirations of the present generation.

(c)My voracious reading habits have facilitated a sound overall knowledge of literature, history, mythology, fiction, art forms etc.

(d)With my kind of social background, I have interacted extensively with not only effluent and educated people, but as part of social work in the Navy, I have also been exposed to dealing and communicating with people from across all strata of society.

(e)Having travelled widely, both in India and abroad, I have a wide angle view of society, and how it interacts and adjusts with the rapidly changing socio economic environment of modern times.

(f)My strength lies in my ability to effortlessly communicate with children, teenagers, parents, colleagues, grown ups alike, with equal ease.

(g)Adequate experience in administration also, as was Headmistress for two years.

(h)Of late, have made foray into content development for firms dealing in study material in IT enabled learning for easy teaching and learning methodologies.

Future Aspirations

1. With the vast teaching experience behind me, I now want to diversify into newer territories, which can tap my knowledge and experience. I am not restricting the job type to any specifics, but would like to take on something that offers challenge and utilises my core competence and attributes.

2. Having been a successful teacher, in more ways than one, I would like to give back to this noble profession, by way of training aspiring teachers on the nuances of teaching, and how to be a good teacher.

3. Am also keen on teaching ‘Communication and Interaction Skills’ to grown-ups, who want to improve their ability to communicate in an effective and impressive manner, so as to interact ‘effortlessly with more confidence’. Possible clients/ target audience could vary from children/ students to corporate executives and professionals.
