Camera availability, angles and equipment; evaluate data versus spec sheets for performance

Evaluation of natural and technical surveillance landscaping from locations of features to maintenance

Lighting including second night evaluation examining foot candle ratings assessing laminar influence on color index; review photometric data versus spec sheet

Project Manager, Koorsen Fire and Security, Indianapolis, IN 2003-2008

Recruited by Vice President of Security to lead project providing safety and security project reviews for large pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis, Indiana three (*3) years; upon completion of project served as Project Manager leading up to 30 projects monthly.

Expertise provided to Life Safety & Security Division led to extension project from 18 to *36 months with oversight of up to 20 projects per month ensuring regulatory and internal requirements.

Participated in re-writing of specifications and presented to Review Board for approval.

Managed all facets of project management from maintaining budget, strategic infrastructure design and tactical planning for upgrades in line with approval of new budgets.

Within organization served as Project manager with full oversight in design, sales, staging, scheduling, shipping, receiving and resource management.

Program Manager/Technician, Securitas, Cincinnati, Ohio/Indianapolis, IN 1996 - 2003

Began as a Service Technician overseeing key account territory encompassing facilities access, CCTV systems, and fire alarm systems for healthcare facilities, industrial locations and banking institutions. Proctor and Gamble Ivorydale, Fifth Third Bank HQ and Bethesda Hospitals coupled with outlying facilities. Promoted to Program Manager to join team servicing one of organizations largest single customer, HP, later to be given complete oversight and control of client program and management.

Single client project responsible for $1.8M annual revenues for four year project; renegotiated contract at increased rate of 18% due to delivery of exceptional service and client’s satisfaction of program.

Provided project management for residential new construction of home valued over $250k.
