HR

Recruitment / Manpower Planning -

Hard core recruitment experience at all levels through Various Sources of Recruitment i.e. through Job Portals/ Advertisement & Job Postings/ Employee Referral/Placement consultants and Walk- in recruitments.

Identifying manpower requirements, maintaining employee cost by recruiting the candidates of various skill sets at all levels as per the project specifications and budgeting.

Maintaining and updating the organization chart.

Monitoring / conducting initial telephonic interview to check technical skills, project experience, availability, communication skills, etc. for senior & junior level hiring.

Identifying Employee Fitments based on Roles, Qualification and Years of Experience in various Grades / Bands

Organizing / conducting walk-in interviews.

Obtain staff requisitions from local business heads, ensure they are budgeted (Net new/back-fills), build and drive a recruitment team of 3 members towards it’s attainment, leveraging Internal Job Promotions (IJP), Employee Referral Schemes.

Induction & Joining formalities –

Welcoming new employees. Documentation (PF Nomination, Mediclaim form etc).

Brief up the new hired on the HR policies, attendance systems, teams, concerned peoples in different Depts.

Arrange for opening Bank account for new joinees with our Company authorized bank.

Issuing Appointment letter.

Controlling overall joining across organization in line with organizational manpower planning & recruitment policy.

Employee relations:

Maintaining good rapport with the employees for any queries related to organization.

Administering employee feedback surveys and ensuring corrective action, wherever required.
