Led group’s (Having 4 sugar producing units) Agriculture team for developing sugarcane crop as raw material with small scale & large farmers; merit of reviving sick unit to perform full capacity utilization in Africa
Developed 8 trans-loading stations with weigh bridges for smooth supply of raw material from long distance to the milling plant for sustainable milling operation, thereby reducing cost of production
