Operations Manager, Corporate Team Building Instructor/Facilitator

Serve as the Operations Manager for these multi-million dollar companies with senior responsibility for all day to day activities including but not limited to, scheduling, payroll, event management, logistical support and analysis of sales department, hiring/termination of managerial staff, training, and safety of clients and staff.

Oversee daily operation and inspection of headquarters, central station, and on-call station to ensure proper maintenance of buildings and equipment. Prepare administrative logs and entries. Coordinate all in-service training and drills for recruits. Assign and approve overtime and shift swaps.

• As Advanced Life Support Coordinator, oversee administration, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and improvement of emergency medical service operations.
