My name is Ashley Womac. I was just laid off from my job at S.E.T.H.R.A.. I had worked there for a litt over a year as an office clerck for their utility assistance program. To begin with the position was only supposed to be from September 2018 through December 2018. It was determined that I was doing an exceptional job and my time there was extended. Unfortunately, in July I was informed that I was to be laid off on July, 31 2019 due to lack of work. I was heartbroken because not only did I love my job there, but I had come to think of my co-workers as family. I had just had my yearly review when the human resources manager told me of my lay off status, I was stunned. I am now looking for new employment and hoping to find that family feel again. Qualifications:

For the last year I worked as a utility clerk for the Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency (S.E.T.H.R.A.) in McMinn County. Which means that I am well versed in utility issues and understand the needs of the customers. I managed my own schedule and was responsible for ensuring that all of my clients needs were met. In doing that job I gained experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office, and other programs. In with doing my job, I also assisted with phone calls and handling questions concerning all other programs and was cross trained on those. I also handled scheduling the transportation arrangements as needed. I believe that I gained invaluable experience in this job.
