Duties and Responsibility:
Conduct Schedule site inspections and audits at work location to identify HSE discrepancies and recommend corrective actions based on standard practices to reduce level of Risk to the level of ALARP.
Providing relevant work procedures compliance in formation of weekly HSE meetings and related HEMP.
Participate in the weekly meeting with Client and Sub contractors.
Define a process for development and review of HSE standards.
Conducting periodical safety inspection of vehicles, tools and equipments etc.
Ensure daily tool box talk to be carried out and check for the degree of effectiveness.
Initiate and participate in the incident / accident / and near miss investigations and ensure all corrective actions and recommendations are implemented accordingly and lesson roll out to the work force.
To conduct induction training to the new employees and refresher training.
To ensure compliance of company’s objectives requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by the company from time to time.

Instruct personnel in specialized subjects such as first aid, permit to work system, gas detection, confined space entry, radiography, hazardous chemicals, fire equipment, breathing apparatus, noise etc.
