Worked as Enumerator in the Social Audit of Governance & Delivery of Public Services funded by UNDP/DTCE in Punjab, 2010.
Worked as Enumerator in survey of reproductive health conducted by the collaboration of Punjab Rural Support Programme, King Adward University and Lady Willingdon Hospital.
Worked as Research Assistant on “Costing of Unsafe Abortion Related Morbidity and Mortality” in different cities conducted by the Collective for Social Science Research.
Worked as Researcher, Moderator, Research Assistant, Notes Taker, Recruiter and Supervisor with different Marketing Research Companies and conducted Focus Group Discussions, In Depth Interviews and Central Location Tests on the products of various companies and various products like Pepsi (Lays), Kolson, Telenor, Warid, Mobilink, Omore, Knor, Meggi, Walls, Nestle, Uniliver, Engro Food, PSO, Dalda, Stylo, Mayfair, Philip Morris International, etc .

One year practical experience as a Social Welfare Officer in “Urban Community Development Project” Lahore, during my MSC in Social Work.
One year practical experience as a Medical Social Officer in “Punjab Institute of Mental Health” Lahore, during my MSC in Social Work.
Worked as Finance Secretary in NGO “Movement against Drug Abuse” w.e.f. 1st January, 2008 to 30th August, 2010.
Working as a Parole/Probation Officer in Reclamation and Probation, Home Department, from September 2010, to date.
