RESPONSIBILITES: -

Quality Operations- Export Cell AND CKD Export (Final Vehicle Inspection, parts inspection, Testing and root cause analysis): -

Responsible for super Ace & Ace vehicles Inspection on related to Paint, BIW & TCF defects.

Participation in buy off activity with IB / oversea team.

Responsible for super Ace & Ace vehicles parts inspection on the basis of standards and Drawings.

Communicate defects in morning meeting with the concern for improvement and necessary action.

To analyse the customer & In-house complaint & eliminate the root cause by improvements related to

Process, Part or Design.

Conduct the Sustenance & container audits for verification of action taken as ICA & PCA for resolution of customer problems in plant.

Daily Product Audit feedback and feed forward of the issues.

Upgradation of new check sheet & Improvements in inspection activities on basis of customer feedback according to defects.

Preparation of Quality index and Technical analysis of customer complaint through (PLM / Drawing) of early kilometres issues and process study.

Quality representative for BOM validation during vehicle Building exercise.

Work along with WCQ guide line.

Improve DRR (Direct run rate) and DRL (Direct run lose).

Responsible for documentation.

Involve in 5’S, kaizen activity.

5’s Training, Safety Training, Kaizen Training.

Achieve Target according to production plan.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Training.
