- To monitor Productivities towards fulfilling customer Quantity as well as Quality.
- To plan man, material, machine and method for achieving the Production target.

Handling production related tasks including production plans managing monthly occurrence with plant supplies module & production department. Responsible for meeting production targets and executing production plans considering capacity of each line, order position, stocks, Manpower and material inflow position. Managing system and procedure for effective inventory control and ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets.
Handling various activities like total shift production, monitoring production operations, identifying defects/deviations and taking corrective actions for the same.

QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE :
Quality control of incoming material/finishing product for quality assurance. Responsible for calibration of inspection, measuring and testing equipments as per quality managements systems.
Attending customer quality complaints and suggesting modification for process quality improvements ensuring total quality for incoming materials as per pre-set quality parameter. Inspecting raw material, in process and finishing materials to ensure compliance to technical specifications and quality standards.
