Enforcing safety standards at site & handling contract obligations, after following safety standards through daily safe working procedures and job safety plan. Experience to follow quality standard through prepare quality checklist or plug list after completion of any area and implement documentation as per Quality Management Systems(QMS) norms and quality report for every equipment through Quality Surveillance Record (QSR) with jointly signed protocol.

•During execution, so many contractual issues was raised & handled which was under disputed according to design and scope of contract. All that disputed issues was resolved after issuing different trailing mail, site memo and review meetings with required minutes of meeting (MOM) accordingly.

•For resolve of that disputed points, required any design related sketch (suit at site) was prepared at site, informed to client, designer and issued to contractor without wastage of time and early execution of work at site.

• To define Project Scope, finalize technical parameters; manage man-power, machines and material resources to accomplish Project within scheduled time lines.

• To maintain perfect co-ordination with Consultants, Contractors, sub-contractors and management for smooth Project execution.

• To handle Project planning, fund flow, billing, and quality checking, analyzing problems and giving solutions.

b) Tata Steel: Detailed supervision concept up to completion including execution, installation, testing & commissioning of Coke handling system & Cold rolling mill (CRM) at TCM,SPM &PL-TCM.

c) Ispat Industries Limited, Dolvi, Maharashtra: Detailed supervision concept up to completion including site designing, execution, installation, testing & commissioning of HSM (Gas cleaning Plant) & BF(coal injection plant and boiler).
