Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions.

As Guest Services Manager, I made it my goal to make sure each of our Representatives and Supervisors were World's Friendliest each and every time.

I was in charge of the World's Friendliest Gift Shop, Gas Station, RV Park, Valet & Player's Club

As the Manager of the Gift Shop for over five years, I bought all of the inventory and had a highly successful and profitable shop. I nearly doubled cost of goods each month and tripled during the holidays.

With over 28 employees, we work very well as a team and I made sure that each of my employees used their strongest skills which made them love their jobs even more. With that said, our crew was World’s Friendliest and each guest walked away happy.

Worked with Marketing and Promotions on a daily basis. I have over 15 years of experience with Promotions and VIP events. The Player’s Club was in charge of the monthly promotions. Each Guest Services Representative helped in the promotions, from announcing on the microphone to pulling winners out of a barrel.
