● Maryhill Boys high school, Ekiti. West African Senior School Certificate (2003), National Senior School Certificate (2003).

● Basic and Advanced Ultrasound training in Cardiovascular sonography April 2019.

Work Experience
●Trauma and surgical Center, Ondo City 2014 (Jan 2014 till date)
Lead Radiographer/ Sonographer / Radiation Safety Officer.
(Responsibilities)
Perform all Medical imaging investigations - conventional x-ray and special investigations – (HSG, IVU, RCUG, Barium studies).
Perform all CT procedures such as Brain,Abdomen,Chest, CT perfusion, Angiography
Perform theatre Procedures with the use of C-arm xray machine
Perform obstetrics ultrasound to view the foetus in the uterus for dating, fetal wellbeing, gender, anomaly and biophysical profile. Also perform gynaecology ultrasound to test for any problems within the uterus, adnexae cervix or vaginal canal using both transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound probes.
Analyse the images seen and measurements taken to report the ultrasound findings to the referring physician and Patients in both oral and written fashion for diagnosis.
Book patients and giving all instructions for examinations and procedures.
Manage and control stock of consumable and ensure availability at all time.
Ensure all Machine are in good working condition, serviced when appropriate, keep maintenance contract, maintenance logs and repair records for documentation purposes.
Ensure application of health safety procedures measures in infection control.
Supervise and delegate duties to Radiographers in the Radiology Unit.
Member of the Quality Improvement Programme team and Budget owners committee, Secretary of the Risk management committee of the Hospital.
Liaise with Radiologist to ensure film are reported in due time.
Ensure all Patient’s reports are inputted on Electronic Medical Records System.
Manage and control stock of consumable and ensure availability at all time.
