Bahrain International Airport Project consist of Terminal Building, CUC, West Carpark, Landside infra, Airside and Emergency Runway. The Cost of project 1.2 Billion dollars. The Client is Ministry of Transportation and Telecom.

Responsibilities:

1. Point of contact for Electrical technical side from Main Contractor side.

2.Coordination with Structural & Architectural design for the Electrical services to complete PTB, CUC, CP and Airside and Landside Infra projects.

3.Focal point of contact for the complete light fittings in the project almost 6.5 million USD (Scope of Main Contractor)

4.Focal point of contact for Electrical Sub contractors.

5.Close coordination with Consultants, Project Management and Client.

6. Review all Electrical SD/MS if it is as per contract requirements and proceed to Consultants.

7. Preparing SCR for the Scope gap, Deviation from contract or any additional information.

8. Review and reply Sub-contractor’s SCR’s, Letters etc.

9. Coordination with Mechanical, ICT for the Electrical Integration.

10. Coordination with BIM and Assist BIM to develop Electrical models.

11. Site survey for any additional EI’s.

Cardiac Hospital and Mondelez Biscuits factory In Bahrain

Position: Senior Electrical Package Engineer.

Project Description:

The Cardiac Hospital owned by Bahrain Defense Force consist of 7 floors and 4 numbers of Operation Theaters, CUP and Landscape. The cost of the Project is 40.5 Million BD.

The Mondelez Biscuits factory owned by Mondelez International consist of two floors with building length of 500M.The cost of project is 90 Million Dollars.

Responsibilities:

1) Focal point of contact for Complete Electrical system in the project both Cardiac and Mondelez.

2) Complete In charge for Electrical and ELV systems in the project including assisting to preparation and approval of shop drawings, Materials submittals, RFI, Method statements, MOM and assisting to maintain records to document controller.

3) Review the Contract documents, review contract drawings and BOQ and raise RFI if any ambiguity.

4) Managing complete Electrical installation in the project as per BS/EDD. Strictly following the HTM standards for the Hospitals and Hygienic requirements for Mondelez.

5) Ensuring proper care taken for Medical Equipment locations with IPS and as per HTM.

6) Coordinate with Other Discipline in the Engineering, Sub-contractors package review etc.

7) Coordination with procurement for the on-time delivery of the materials at site.

The projects are as follows:

a)Masirah Medical City and Hospital under Ministry of Health. Cost of Project 43 Million OMR. This included 21 structures such as Main Hospital Buildings, Tunnel, RO plant, STP, PMG building, Medical store, General store, Inflammable store, Service building, Chimney and flues, Helipad, Substations, GH’s and Accommodations.

b)MADHA Hospital under Ministry of Health,Design Incharge for Electrical at Muscat. Oman. The cost of Project is 6 Million OMR

c)Sultan Qaboos Naval Base at Mirbat, Salalah. The cost of project is 185 Million OMR. Working as Sr. Electrical technical Engineer.

d)Madinatul Huq Hospital under Ministry of Healthin Salalah. The cost of project 4.5 million OMR

e)Tawi Athir Hospital under Ministry of Health in Salalah under Ministry of Health. Cost of the project 4.5 million OMR

f)His Majesty Parade Ground at Helban Muscat. The cost of project is 17.5 Million under Sultan special security force (SSSF)

g)Air Traffic Control tower in Masirah under MOD.The cost of Project is 4 million OMR

Responsibilities:

1)Authority to evaluate Engineering proposals, Shop drawings and Design comments for sound Electrical Engineering practice and conformance with established safety design criteria and recommend approval or disapproval.

2)Working as the team member for the design of Hospitals, National level projects and Extended Health centers in the electrical side as per BS standard, HTM-06-01 and 02 and BS 7671.

The Conrad Hilton Hotel Owned by HE Shaikh Nahyan from Abu Dhabi consist of 52 floors.

Responsibilities:

1)Preparation of shop drawings for ELV systems and Main Electrical Distribution systems. Lightings, Small power, Fire alarm system, Telecom and GSM, EVC system, BGM and Security system.

2)Design and development of schematic diagram for communication system, GSM system, ELV system (IT, Telecommunication, Audio Video Multimedia systems), TV / HiTV / SMATV, Digital signage system and Guest Room Management system (GRMS).

3)Project Monitoring, Review and forward submittals, Material approval request, final review of shop drawings, forward the shop drawings for approval from Civil Defense Authority, bargaining with supplier and placing the order.

4)Preparation of MOM, Method statement, Review the scope and preparing RFI, Meeting with Consultant “WS ATKINS”.

5)ERICSSON Oman.

3)Site supervision and quality control of GSM green field and rooftop sites (i.e., excavation, erection of tower and shelters, etc.).

5)Implement overall engineering plan during TSS and monitor productivity, quality and progress.
