As a SRE Engineer When ever there is a service failure am responsible Mean time to Detect(MTTD) and Mean time to Recover(MTTR). In other words, we must have our services up and running gain as quickly as possible, and we must avoid any subsequent failure for as long as possible.

I am also responsible to maintain a runbook to follow the sequence of steps to resolve the incident.
