TITLE : AUTOMATIC TABLET FILLER
Automatic tablet filler using PLC” is an automating tablet filling processes in pharmaceutical companies. This project focuses on automatically filling the tablets into the selected bottles using PLC ladder logic. It requires no human intervention during the tablet filling process once bottle is loaded manually at starting point on the conveyor. It is highly efficient and reliable system of tablet filling which will reduce the overall cost at great extent. It is user friendly and non-hazardous for workers who will be working in the vicinity of installed system. Design : Ladder design in PLC, various Sensors,Timers,motors and Counters. TITLE: POWER FACTOR CORRECTION USING CAPACITOR BANK WITH FAULT PROTECTION
When power factor is improved, automatically energy will be saved. if the power factor less than one, they have to supply more current to the user for a given amount of power use. In so doing they occur more line losses. Power factor correction is achieved by the addition of capacitors in parallel with the connected motor circuits and can be applied at the starter, or applied at the switchboard or distribution panel.
