-Bolt and arc-weld pressure vessel structures and parts together, using wrenches and welding equipment.

-Execute daily operations using proper personal protection equipment such as hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, knee pads work boots, etc.

-Belled, beads with power hammers and welding pressure vessels tube ends, in order to ensure leak-proof joints

-Installed refractory bricks and other heat-resistant materials in fireboxes of pressure vessels

-Laid out plate, sheet steel and other heavy metal and located and marked bending and cutting lines

-Positioned, aligned and secured structural pars and related assemblies to boiler frame and tank

-Repair and replace defective pressure vessel parts, such as safety valves and regulators, using torches, jacks, caulking hammers, power saws, threading dies and welding equipment
