• Daily management of properties, security and safety standard implementation, coordination with external agencies on day-to-day maintenance of the malls.
• Ensuring all the public areas, shops, and safety technical plants of Mall are in compliance with the mall standards
• Supervising activities of all the sub-contractors including security agencies, waste management, cleaning services
• Ensure the properties are equipped with up to date industry leading machineries and equipment’s
• Making sure the site control is up and running at the maximum performance of its equipment’s, systems and staff.
• Ensure that all local authority certifications are attained such as vertical transportation certification, Fire Systems Certification, water quality testing etc.
