*Making decisions on loan applications using my expertise with credit knowledge, debt ratios, collateral, etc, and being responsible for making sound decisions to benefit both the credit union and its members. Credit union relies on sounds decisions to grow efficiently and responsibly. This is of utmost importance to thrive and succeed. I take great pride in making the most sound and responsible decisions.
*I also handle signing new dealers the credit union has reciprocal agreements with. This enables the use of RouteOne and DealerTrack dealers to be compatible with all platforms the credit union utilizes.
*I am also responsible that all paperwork and agreements are obtained to make sure the dealers are held to responsible lending and sales as well.
* Develop, Enrich, and maintain relationships with auto dealers and help them with their clients, obtaining the best loan products within credit guidelines for which applicants qualify. Have Professional working relationships with auto dealers to ensure they are handled with care and diligence.
* Familiar with lending programs such as Branch Suite, Velocity, Lender Advantage, Dills as well as variety of normal office programs - Office Outlook, Notes, Windows, etc.

American General/ n/k/a Springleaf Financial Services I maintained to be in the top 10 of branches within my Division with all growth and improvement goals set by the company. I was able to increase income for the company with obtaining not only my plan for my branch, but made up extra revenue from other branch's loss. This is an intense sales job requiring sales of not only loans but insurance sales. Both loan sales and insurance sales are required for the branch to prosper and reach goal.
