Major Responsibilities

Ensure that SAP portal system of Saudi Aramco is updated and checking every day for RFQ’s and POs and all payment related issues and also our data management system and provide regular reporting to the management.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Business Development Managers, and engagement in all aspects of commercial project support.
Monitor all shipments and custom clearance of import shipment and warehousing and delivery to Saudi Aramco and issuing ASN in Saudi Aramco portal and also making sure the GRN is done in system and keeping eye on supplier’s performance rating and make recommendations for improvement.
As certain logistics best practices to identify new and unique programs to differentiate Customer from the marketplace and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsible for internal communications and presentations related to key performance metrics, program updates and on-going program information.
Consults with assigned clients to understand their distribution networks and determines the logistics resources required to support equipment, safety, personnel and maintenance.

Managing the planning, import and clearance of all raw materials from different parts of the world. As well as providing support in purchasing of local raw and packaging material.
