Achievements:

The work I did in South Africa for almost 2years physically was Project Management even though I don't have PMP certification, I was able to do it successfully

While I worked as Local Database Administrator Tools and Processes in South Africa, I did train the field technicians on how to use the applications, understand the processes and support them with the tools admin issues such as creating profiles, monitoring their use of the tools and assisting them in getting their job done.

I also worked as the Business Continuity Manager where I wrote several processes that were approved by the customer's top management board as well as those of my organization too.

I also assisted as the NOC manager for a while in South Africa and till I left assisted the new NOC manager on the job.

I was asked to manage a project in India for 3months to setup a NOC physically, I did Project Management for 2months and successfully completed my mission earlier than expected. My role was to train over 80 people in batches on how to run the NOC both theoretically and hands-on too.
