Site inspections for civil construction work and ensure that work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawings final approved drawings from authorities.

Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.

Co-ordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant is ensuring removal of rejected materials out from site.

Maintenance of daily progress report as received from site.

Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project director.

Checking of bills of quantities with estimate quantity prior to billing to ensure that all work is done without wastage of materials.

Preparing running/final account bills.

Assist in the review and recording of shop drawings.

Obtained all necessary approvals and reviews of projects design data.

Prepared technical drawings and plans.

Checked drawings for conformity and accuracy.

Made adjustments and changes to a verity of detailed drawings and necessary.

Developed specification control drawings.
