Maintaining records of Car Park, Train, Shopping Mall and Hotel Rooms Cleaning Records

Preparing manpower, machinery and consumables invoices as per the contract price on the monthly basis

Leading a team of full and part time cleaning operatives

Ensure certification of payment to contractor/ sub-contractor/ supplier and take corrective actions in order to ensure there are no cost overruns and within budget

Assess promptly progress claim and variation order claim submitted by contractors and verify and obtain approval

Assist superior to follow-up the monthly payment certificate as well as retention sum upon completion of job

Plan and organize the task assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy of taking off within required timeframes
