Role - EHS ASSISTANT with process safety

Responsibilities - monitoring of urea, ammonia plant, conduct safety audit, carry out plant safety inspection, training schedule maintain, incident investigation report, keep all records, tool Box talk, give training to all workers, employees participate of all events & 24 hours activities report to HSE head. etc.

Duration - February 2015 to August 2018.

Industry product- Prilled Urea - 9500 MTPD & Ammonia - 6500 MTPD.

2.Aarti Industries

06 Months Experience in Hydrogenation Plant DCS with CS3000 Yokogawa of Aarti Industries Limited. At Vapi Disst. Valsad Gujarat.

Role - Production Supervisor

Responsibilities - handled 2,2, dichloro hydrozo benzene plant, maintain plant parameters like pressure, temperature, levels of tanks & reactor, plant colour coding & issue permit for all types of jobs in plant. etc.

Duration August 2014 to January 2015.

Industry product - 2,2, dichloro hydrozo benzene 3000/- MTPD (all products are benzene based, chain reaction).

3.Hindusthan Chemicals

2.0 years Experience in Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN) Plant DCS with Delta V-Emerson of Hindusthan Chemicals Company at Olpad Disst. Surat Gujarat. It is only one CYANIDE plant in India, after Bhopal world disaster of Methyl iso-cyanide.

Role - Shift Superintendent

Responsibilities - handled Hydrogen cyanide plant, maintain plant parameters like pressure, temperature, levels of cyanide vessels, plant colour coding, check safety all kits, first aid box & issue permit for all activities in the plant. etc.

Duration - July 2012 to August 2014.

Industry product - Hydrogen cyanide (HCN) 800/- MTPD.
