Attend the daily safety & operation meeting before start of shift and get hand-over.
Proficient with SCR divests & VFD Room, TDS Traction Motors, Draw work, Brake system, Mud Pump, Generator controls, and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
Carry out Daily and scheduled Maintenance.
Working and supervising the Electrical Equipments in terms of preventive maintenance and fast fixing of breakdown equipment both on the rig and the rig camp side.
Monitor JSA and permit to work for all electrical tasks.
Cleaning of SCR room, remote MCC Room and VFD Room.
Services of mud pump motors, draw works motors and top drive as per preventive maintenance schedule.
Taking care of all agitators degasser, desander, desilter, shell shaker motors.
Daily check all indication lamps on drilling console and BOP panels also on main panels in SCR Room.
Daily check of all gas detector sensors.
Repairing of Gai Tronics pager system
