Co-ordination for New projects, plant shutdown works. Knowledge about preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance procedures, Handle break down and shout down maintenance.

Calibration of transmitters (temperature, level,pressure,vaccum) Calibration of gauges(pressure,vaccum,differential pressure, Calibration of temperature indicators, sensors & controllers. Calibration of weighing scale, tank weighing system.. Performance check of flow meters( Mass, Vortex, Magnetic,ultrasonic). Calibration and servicing of control valves and on off valves. Calibration of pH,conductivity and TDS meters.

Calibration of flow indicator totalizer(FIT).

Testing of level switch and pressure switch,flow switch. Knowledge about PLC performence checkin and trabulshooting. Maintenance and trobleshooting of intercom unit.

Knowledge about handling of hart communicator.

Responsible for preparation of URS, DQ, IQ and OQ for equipment’s/systems with respect to Instrumentation & Automation

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INSTRUMENTATION FIELD WORKS: Study of Project Standards, specifications, PID drawings. Knowledge about preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance procedures. Ensuring availability / allocation of both manpower & Resources for all the contractors effectively.

Ensuring availability of instrumentation bult material. Active involvement in execution of varies field instruments related to temperature, pressure, level, flow,ect..

Responsible Person for Assign the Instrumentation jobs to teams, related with P&ID Diagrams.Preperation fo schedule work and Execute the job ect.., Erection and commissioning of field instruments.

Carrying out various maintenance activites as per standerd operating procedure. Preparing & maintaining calibration recordes & Inspection of equpments & updating the same.

Ensure calibration of instrument tagged items as per the instrument execution plan. Member in ISO auditing
