The role was to implement Financial Closing cockpit (FCC- an add-on tool provided by SAP) for the new entities of Bosch. The Financial Closing Cockpit enables you to create a structured interface for executing transactions and programs that form part of complex processes, such as month and year end closing. The structural layout supports processes within an organizational structure, such as within the company code, as well as scenarios affecting multiple organizational structures. FCC tool Speeds up even the most complex closing cycles, while meeting regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.

Accountabilities:-

Implementation of FCC in new entities/company codes

System Readiness - Check RFC (Remote Functional call) connection xDX line

Remote system connection and connection Test

FCC – Customization (Company code customization on FCC Tool)

OSS Note Status Check and Test Document Creation

Authorization and User role check on all company codes

Import of Standard and Custom variables on all remote systems

Creation of variants

Functional Test for all remote systems

Coordination and testing of the technical upgrade

Bug fixing and user support for FI and CO closing activities
