Scrum Master / Project Manager

Works as a Scrum Master / Project manager for Karmanos Cancer Institute, working with various departments on multiple specifications and various developmental projects.

Work closely with business divisions to identify on-going systems enhancements and to fully realize the business potential of their current applications to improve business performance.

Scrum Master

Worked as a Scrum Master for IGT on agile methodology providing insight and advice concerning delivery practices. As a scrum master I was responsible for guiding the team on how to use agile methods and coach on continuous improvement and self-organization. I worked with the product owner to maintain and priorities the product backlog according to business values and I was responsible for the delivery of these product artifacts.

I was responsible for facilitating daily Stand-Ups with the Scrum Team.
