The ten-month academic year consisted of a rigorous multi-disciplinary program which stresses the development of physical fitness, mental endurance, academic excellence, effective interpersonal skills, commitment, character and world-wide service. The program has a record of producing committed and successful leaders who are equipped to be an asset to such chosen career fields as business, medicine, industry, law, technology, public service, humanitarian service, education and the arts. The program attracted high-achieving students with a previously successful academic and personal record. Attended the school for 3 years – the first as a student, second as a student leader with multiple responsibilities and the third as a program director:

As a first-year Student –

Experienced intense personal growth as a young adult, leader and student. Attended regular classes through satellite campus of King’s College.

Traveled to Mexico, Tibet and Thailand for missions 2 months out of the year.

As a second-year Cadre Leader –

Led team of 12 students serving as mentor, leader, coach, and disciplinarian. Counseled, coached, advised, disciplined and monitored personal progress.

Assisted in multiple projects on a daily basis such as office work, running errands, completing tasks, trouble-shooting, answering and making telephone calls.

Participated on a team of eight people that organized the school’s annual Benefit Dinner & Auction, raising $35,000 to fund worldwide travel for service projects.
