Inventory Planner / Replenishment (1999 – 2010)
Analyzed inventory levels of multiple supply categories supporting over 1,100 US retail stores, 29 Canadian retail stores and 25 distribution centers. Monitored and maintained inventory to drive sales, increase inventory productivity, maximize fill rate and minimize lost sales ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Reduced purchased inventory over 4 months by $762K+ without negatively impacting service level by partnering with strategic vendor.
Instrumental in improving key vendors Lines Early on Time and Complete (LEOTC) from 62% to 89%. Established as LEOTC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted source.
Analyzed product categories identifying SKU performance and partnered with merchant and vendor to replace underperforming items.

Identified 43 SKUs that sold less than 100 units a week at retail and represented $2M+ in inventory at cost and lead to their removal from the assortment.
