Worked at Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) of Steel Making Shop (SMS) as DET from August 2010 (Manpower Handled: 800 approx). Extensive experience of structural fabrication & Structural erection, Safety in Civil work inside tunnels etc.

Worked as Apprentice Trainee at CTTC, Bhubaneswar from 2003 to 2004.

Worked as CNC Programmer at RSB, Jamshedpur from 2005 to 2007.

Jindal steel & power limited

JSPL Pellet plant has a capacity of 5.0 MT/annum productions for different grades of pellets. The plant is of dry grinding, with recuperation type of straight grate hearth layer. The basic engineering of the plant has been designed by M/S AKER KVAERNER, USA keeping in view the location, availability / quality of ore, limestone and other additives. The facility houses a downhill conveyor, wagon tippler, stacker reclaimer projects engineered by M/s MECON, based on in-house studies for material handling and feasible logistics. Commercial production of the pellet plant commenced at Barbil in December, 2009. As JSPL is actively engaged in the promotion of alternative fuels, at Barbil, the pellet production will be through coal gasification, replacing fuel. This is an innovative initiative, first-of-its-kind in the world, using circulating fluidized bed technology for coal gasification.
