PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS

Major Overhauling Of Electro Static Precipitator

Complete overhauling of ESP includes replacement of spikes to spring mechanism by replacing hollow section and re-fixing hollow section with the replacement of spikes to spring. Replacement of collecting-emitting mechanism includes replacement of collecting shaft, collecting hammers, fixed and free bearings, replacement of emitting shafts, emitting hammers, free and fixed bearings, small and big pin wheels. Removal of collecting plates, inspection and removal of insulator (JSW Energy Toranagallu 4x300 MW TPP).

Major Breakdown Of Coal Mills:-

Overhauling of ZMR123 Bowl Coal mill and ZGM 95G –III Vertical coal mill includes removal of Discharge of Coal Pipes, removal of Centre Feed Pipe, removal of Mill Discharge Valves, removal of Top Casing, removal of Tie Rods, removal of Loading Frame, removal of Roller, removal of Centre Nozzle Plate, removal of Grinding Track Segment, inspection of Scrapper, servicing of Roller, Hard Facing of mill body, assembling and fixing the whole body (LANCO Anpara 2x600 MW TPP, UPCL Padubidri 2x600 MW TPP,OPG POWER GENERATION PLANT in gumdipoondi channai).

Overhauling of 6HP863 Bowl Coal mill includes opening of Doors, inspection of Doors for Spring Tension, removal of Rollers,, removal of Centre Nozzle Plate, removal of Grinding Track Segment, inspection of Scrapper, Hard Facing of mill body, servicing of Roller, assembling and fixing the whole body (JSW Energy Toranagallu 4 x 300 MW TPP).

Participating major overhauling of coal Burner nozzle replacement, APH axial and radial seal removal and fixing work, and valve replacement and servicing work.(Jsw energy toranagallu).
