Talking with dealers directly, communicating to the underwriters, funding, mail, and front end. Verifying information, keeping up with all the procedures to match with auditing standards, matching up all personal info, keeping relationships with dealers in good standing, verifying insurance, learning and advising new rates and new paperwork. Communicating goals with management, setting record months as far as funding. Answering the phone, filing deals/loans, keeping track of stipulations/requirements. Pulling monthly reports from systems, verifying thousands of accounts for fraud or errors, showing my findings and correcting any errors.

Stocking store, placing orders, making schedules, understanding all food codes and preparing food. Hiring, training, write ups, and termination. All store paperwork was my responsibility, bank runs, check balances, gas orders, freezer, coolers stocking. Safe stocking, invoices, and filling any last minute schedule openings.
